Island Residence

An 8,500 square foot home for a family of 5, with views overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Incorporating tropical and lowcountry themes into a contemporary designed home with an energetic layout, reflecting the inhabitants, and allowing for a varied range of activities and spaces. The time frame for the project needed to be as condensed as possible, and therefore with daily collaboration of the contractor and owner, the house was designed and detailed while being built.
